Ingredients of Dark Chocolate Truffle

  • Condensed Milk - 80 gm
  • Cocoa Powder - 100 gm
  • Confetti - for decorations

Steps for Dark Chocolate Truffle

  • Take a pan & heat the empty pan for 10 to 20 seconds. Then add condensed milk to the pan. Heat it for 10 to 20 seconds only.
  • Stir the milk so that it doesn't burn out at the bottom. Do not boil the condensed milk. Just make it lukewarm.
  • Now empty the condensed milk in a glass bowl from the pan. Add cocoa powder. Use a stainless steel strainer to strain cocoa powder.
  • Now mix the cocoa powder and condensed milk. Mix in such a way that the mixture has no lumps. Mix gently.
  • Don't add extra water or milk while mixing. We need to make a dough out of cocoa powder and condensed milk. Take a separate plate and dust it with cocoa powder. Make balls out of the cocoa powder and milk dough.
  • Place balls carefully in the dusted plate so that the balls don't stick to the plate.
  • Now decorate the balls white chocolate cream, frosting, dry fruit powder, or confetti. You can also sugarcoat the balls for extra sweetness.
  • Dark Chocolate Truffle is ready.
