Ingredients of Coconut Laddu

  • Coconut - 3 pcs (Dry ) (whole)
  • Ghee - 1 bowl (medium size)
  • Milk Powder - 50 gm
  • Cardamom Powder - 1tsp
  • Tutti Frutti - 1 bowl
  • Sugar Powder - 1 bowl (medium size)

Steps for Coconut Laddu

  • Take dry coconuts and grate them.
  • Heat ghee in the pan. Add milk powder and cardamom powder. Saute it till milk powder and ghee makes a semi-liquid thick paste.
  • Add sugar powder and mix well. Now add grated coconut to the mixture in pan. Mix everything well.
  • Take the pan off the flame and add tutti frutti. Mix well.
  • Roll it to give a ladoo shape. Keep it in the fridge for some time to make it stiff.
  • Coconut Laddu is ready.
