Ingredients of Coconut Couscous Salad

  • Coconut - 4 Tbsp Fresh Coconut (Hand Grated)
  • Couscous - 100 GM
  • Jardalu/Raisins- 2 Tbsp
  • Fresh Chives - 2 Tbsp
  • Cinnamon Powder - 2 Tbsp
  • Fresh Mint - 1 Tbsp (Chopped)
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Pepper - To Taste
  • Dressing
  • Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
  • Orange Juice - 1/4 cup
  • Orange Zest - 1/2 Tsp
  • Honey Mustard Sauce - 2 Tsp
  • Honey - 1 Tbsp
  • Mint Leaves - 2 Tbsp (Chopped)

Steps for Coconut Couscous Salad

  • Boil Couscous in an open vessel ( Salt + Oil).
  • Slice Apricots and Soak Raisins.
  • Add Jardalu, Raisins, Chives (Hari Pyaj), Grated Coconut in the Dressing prepared.
  • Add All the ingredients to the CousCous and Cover it with Clean Wrap or Cloth and Cover it.
  • Serve Chilled.
