  • All-Purpose Flour - 500 gm
  • Sugar - 20 gm
  • Fresh yeast - 15 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking Oil -25 ml
  • Water as Needed
  • Bread Improver - 2 gm

Steps for Bread Buns

  • Mix all ingredients and make a dough with the help of water.
  • Now keep this dough for proving for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes place the dough on the flat surface and punch out the air from it, now take a baking tin and grease it with oil.
  • Now shape the dough & make small size balls from it and place it for the second time proving for 20 minutes.
  • Once your second proving is done bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Once your bread buns are bake take out from oven and apply oil on it and cool it and serve.
