Ingredients of Boiled Egg Masala Maggi

  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 pcs (Large)
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum - 1/2 pcs (Large)
  • Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander-Cumin Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Tomato - 1 pcs (Large)
  • Maggi Masala - As Per Taste
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Maggi - 1 pack
  • Boiled Egg - 4-5 pcs
  • To Garnish
  • Egg for Half Fry - 1 pcs
  • Black Pepper - As Per Taste

Steps for Boiled Egg Masala Maggi

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and temper it. Add chopped onions and cook it for some time.
  • Then add capsicum, salt, red chili powder, cumin-coriander powder, turmeric powder, and mix everything. Add chopped tomato and cook for another minute.
  • Drop Maggi masala and mash everything properly. Add water and let it come to boil.
  • Add Maggi into it and let it cook until the Maggi is half raw.
  • Now add the pieces of cut boiled eggs and give it a stir. Just cook it for a minute.
  • Boiled Egg Masala Maggi is ready. Place a sunny side up egg and sprinkle black pepper on it. Serve hot.
