Navratri festival is a Hindu festival which is the biggest celebration of God’s worship. People worship the goddess avatar of Durga Maa during these 9 days of celebration.

There are two types of Navratri. One is Chaitra Navratri which comes during summer ( May -June) and the other is Sharad Navratri which is celebrated during the starting of the winter month. (October-November).

Indian people celebrate this festival and do fast as well. Some people do fast as they believe in holiness while others also do for detoxing their bodies.

During this festival, people avoid eating onion & garlic and consuming alcohol too as they become one with God’s energy.

And we can’t forget the Garba which is going loud till midnight and everyone enjoy it with thrilling Dandiya Music. This is really fun.

When people are fasting at the same time enjoying the dance & musical nights, they need to maintain their immunity and in that case, we have included some real foods that will help regain their energy.

One important note you need to take care of here is that you need to take Vrat food in small intervals rather than taking one interval meal altogether. This way you won’t feel hungry again & again.
