Loading...Spicy Muffins is an Indian Fusion recipe. Get ready for a new fusion. Usually, when we hear the word muffins, sweet feelings come to our mind. But this recipe will now make you ask this question sweet or spicy when anyone presents you with muffins.
Thinking of something new, I encouraged myself to make this recipe. This version is my own creativity which turned out to be awesome.
Let us not wait much and present you with these Spicy muffins with Gujarati twist.
In a bowl add dhokla flour and curd and mix it.
Then add corn, dhudi and green Chili paste, garlic paste, salt and mix all
Then add ginger paste and fruit salt and mix it then add 2 tsp oil to it and put in the muffins mold and steam it.
After keeping in a steamer for 15 mins put the gas off and cool it.
Your Spicy Muffins are ready to serve. Garnish it with curry leaves.
