Ingredients of Chicken Tandoori

  • Chicken - 500 gm (Chest Pieces or Leg Pieces)
  • Yogurt - 250 gm
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Tandoori Masala - 1 tbsp
  • Edible Red Color (optional) - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - To Taste

Steps for Chicken Tandoori

  • Wash chicken leg piece properly & drain the water. Make small cuts on the leg piece for proper marination. Take a bowl & put chicken leg pieces. Coat the leg piece using salt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & yoghurt. Marinate & leave it for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a grill pan. Apply butter on it. Place the chicken leg piece on the grill pan. Apply butter on the leg piece. Grill the leg pieces on both sides.
  • Your chicken tandoori is ready. Serve hot with onion & lemons.
