Fluffy Omelet – Fluffy Omelet Recipe

Healthy and Yummy Breakfast Recipe of Fluffy Omelet. Loved by everyone, especially Children. It takes only 10-15 minutes to prepare it.

Ingredients of Fluffy Omelet

  • Eggs - 2
  • Whipped Cream - 2 tbsps
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cheese Cube - 2 pcs
  • Onions - 1 cup (Finely Chopped)
  • Green Chili - To Taste

Steps for Fluffy Omelet

  • Add chopped onions, chopped green Chili, coriander powder, salt and whipped cream all in a big bowl. Take 3 eggs and pour them into the mixture. Whisk the mixture well for about 2-3 minutes until it turns frothy.
  • Heat the 6-inch frying pan for 2 minutes at medium flame and pour the ghee into the pan. The smaller the pan the better. You can use bigger pan also but the thickness will be less.
  • Whisk the mixture once again and pour it into the pan. Increase the flame until the surface turns firm. Turn it upside down with a spatula and keep it for about 30 secs and turn it again.
  • Sprinkle the cheese cube with a grater on the omelet and fold it to make a semi-circle. Your Fluffy Omelet is ready to serve.
