Soya Kabab Recipe

Soya Kabab is a vegetarian snack recipe prepare with soya chunks and seasoning. It’s veg kabab that tasty and delicious. Enjoy with tomato sauce or green chutney.

It’s a combination of balance taste and scrumptiousness. The outer part is crunchy & the inside is soft. It’s the perfect Indian cuisine snack to enjoy with family members and friends.

Prepare the batter with gram flour, onion, green chilli, garam masala, red chilli powder, ginger garlic, and black pepper. It makes the Kabab taste better. Kababs are also a good starter dish to fill your tummy a little bit.

These soya beans are overnight soaked and then made a paste of it to make Kababs. These are deep-fried kababs. Also, soybeans are a good source of protein and nutrition.

Ingredients of Soya Kabab

  • Soya Chunks - 150 gm (Soaked)
  • Garlic - 6 pcs (medium size) (whole)
  • Ginger - 6 pcs (medium size) (whole)
  • Green Chili - 2 pcs (medium size)
  • Cardamom - 6 pcs small size
  • Clove - 6 pcs
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 pcs (medium size) (Chopped)
  • Coriander - 1 bowl small size (Chopped)
  • Salt - as per taste
  • All-Purpose Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Edible Oil - 500 ml

Steps for Soya Kabab

  • Take a bowl. Add soaked soya chunks, garlic whole, ginger whole, green chili, cardamom, clove, black pepper. Grind it well.
  • Now add chopped onion, chopped coriander, salt, all-purpose flour. Mix everything well. now make oval shape dumplings out of the mixture using your hands.
  • If you want you can use any kind of molds also to give your kabab a perfect shape. Once you make the dumplings insert a wooden toothpick into it.
  • Now take a deep vessel. Add oil and deep fry all the dumplings. Fry till brown.
  • Soy Kabab is ready. Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
