Creamy Red Velvet Trifle Recipe

Ingredients of Red Velvet Trifle

  • For Cake
  • All-Purpose Flour - 180 gm
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  • Castor sugar - 200 gm
  • Buttermilk - 240 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 120 ml
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Red Color - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  • For Garnish
  • Whipped Cream

Steps for Red Velvet Trifle

  • Mix all ingredients of cake specified in the ingredients section. Bake the cake at 180° for 30 mins in the oven.
  • After cooling the cake shape into the size of the moulds and arrange one layer of it.
  • Apply little water to it and then apply one layer of whipped cream over it. Repeat the process till the cups are filled.
  • Crush some of the remaining cake and sprinkle over the final layer. You can garnish it with toppings of your choice like some berries, fruits, cherries etc.
  • Your Creamy Red Velvet Trifle is ready. Refrigerate it for about 30 minutes and serve chilled.
