Peanuts & Almonds Ladoos

These Peanut Almond Ladoos are very popular Indian sweets. It is a healthy option in the sweets category. Ladoos are very crunchy and rich in taste with included health quotient.

My grandparents are very much fond of these ladoos. Every Diwali I make these Peanut Almond Ladoos for healthy celebration.

Peanut and Almond have a lot of health benefits. Peanut contains high fiber & protein which is very good to ensure your muscle health and energy.

Almonds we know since ages that it is the most beneficial for your health. It makes the brain strong and gives high protein.

Both nuts are also good for weight loss. If you don’t use processed sugar in it then this becomes a real healthy sweet. Instead, you can add palm sugar also for the diabetic patient.

Ingredients of Peanut Almond Ladoos

  • Peanuts Powder - 2 cups (Roasted)
  • Almond Powder - 1 cup (Roasted)
  • Powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • Ghee - as required
  • Elachi Powder - 1 tsp
  • for garnish
  • Roasted almonds
  • Dry coconut powder - 3 tsp.

Steps for Peanut Almond Ladoos

  • Roast peanuts and almonds in the pan and when it is cool down remove the skin from it.
  • Crush peanuts and almonds in a mixer and make powder from it.
  • Now take one bowl and put the crushed powder of peanuts and almonds and then add powder sugar,elachi powder, coconut powder, and ghee to it.
  • Mix all ingredients and make Ladoos from it.
  • Garnish it with Roasted Almond.
