Ingredients of Orange Burfi With Milk Powder

  • Milk - 125 ml
  • Milk Powder - 150 gm
  • Orange Juice - 250 ml
  • Sugar Powder - 120 gm
  • Nutmeg Powder - 1 tsp
  • Food Color - 2-3 Drops (Orange)
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Almonds - 1 tbsp (Chopped)
  • Cashews - 1 tbsp (Chopped)

Steps for Orange Burfi With Milk Powder

  • In a heated pan add milk and milk powder. Add milk powder gradually. Stir and break lumps from it. Cook until you get the consistency.
  • Add orange juice after that and mix it.
  • Then add sugar powder and mix again.
  • After that add nutmeg powder and stir.
  • Add food color and stir. Keep stirring it until the water evaporates and it thickens.
  • Drop ghee in the mixture and stir again.
  • Lastly, add almonds and cashew to it. Mix it and cook for a bit.
  • Place a butter paper in a container. Transfer the content into a container and level it up. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Orange burfi is ready. Cut it into pieces and serve.
