Methi Chicken Recipe

Ingredients of Methi Chicken

  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Onion - 2 pcs (mid-size) (Chopped)
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2+1.5 tbsp
  • Green Chili Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala - 1.5 tbsp
  • Kitchen King Masala - 1.5 tbsp
  • Kasuri Methi - 1.5 tbsp
  • Chicken - 500 gm
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Fresh cream - 1/2 cup
  • Methi - 1 cup

Steps for Methi Chicken

  • Take a deep pan and add oil. Now add chopped onion and saute it for about 1 min.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, garam masala, kitchen king masala, and kasuri methi. Mix it well.
  • Add chicken in it and mix it well. Cook for about 10 min.
  • Now add salt to taste, yogurt and fresh cream to make gravy thick and tangy. Cook for 5 min and keep it aside.
  • Take a non-stick pan and heat the oil. Add ginger-garlic paste and methi and saute it for 1 min.
  • Add the methi to the chicken gravy and mix it well.
  • Tender and delicious Methi Chicken is ready to serve hot. Enjoy dinner with family.
