Ingredients of Malai Chicken Tikka

  • Chicken - 250 gm (breast cubes)
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Green Chili Paste- 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cashew Powder - 2 tbsp
  • Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
  • Greek Yogurt - 2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Cream - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

Steps for Malai Chicken Tikka

  • Take a mixer jar and add cashew powder,kasuri methi,& yogurt blend it well.
  • Take a marination bowl. Add chopped chicken breast pieces. Add ginger garlic paste, green Chili paste, salt to taste & lemon juice. Add mixture which we prepared in a blender. Add black pepper & cream.Mix well & keep aside chicken to marinate for about 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in the pan. Add marinated chicken. Cook for 20 minutes so the chicken gets tender.
  • Creamy & luscious Malai chicken tikka is ready. Serve it with salad and enjoy the real taste.
