Ingredients of Dabba Gosht

  • Mutton Boneless - 400 gm (Small Cubes)
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
  • Green Chili Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 2 Cup
  • All-Purpose Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Potato - 1 Pcs (Small Cubes)
  • Tomato - 1 Pcs (Rings)
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Edible Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Egg - 1 Pcs
  • Salt - To Taste

Steps for Dabba Gosht

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the Meat cubes, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chili Paste, Salt, Cumin Powder, and Milk and boil until tender. Mix it properly.
  • Cover it with a lid and cook for 35 minutes or until dry. After that add salt, black pepper, oregano, capsicum rings, tomato rings, fried potatoes.
  • Beat the eggs and mix them with salt and pepper. Now add the eggs mix properly all over.
  • Heat oil in a pan and our hot oil into it all over. Cover it with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Your Inimitable Dabba Gosht is ready to serve. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with Chapatis or can be eaten raw just like a pie.
