Homemade Fortune Cookies Recipe Without Egg

Ingredients of Fortune Cookies

• All-Purpose Flour - 1.5 cup
• Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
• Powdered Sugar - 3 tbsp
• Baking Powder - 1 tsp
• Condensed Milk - 1 tbsp
• Oil - 1 small cup
• Vanilla Essence - 2-3 drops
• Water - as needed
• Vanilla Ice Cream - 1 cup
• Chocolate Sauce - as needed

Steps for Fortune Cookies

• Take a marination bowl. Add all-purpose flour, corn flour, powder sugar & baking powder. Mix it well.
• Now add condensed milk & oil. Mix it well. Then add vanilla essence & some water to make a batter.
• Whisk it until it becomes a little thick batter. The fortune cookies batter is ready.
• Now take a pan. And add batter. Make small cookies. Cook for around 4-5 minutes.
• Once it becomes light brown, add your personal fortune message and fold it in half. Cool it in a vessel or place it over a glass so it takes fortune cookie shape.
• Serve it with Vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Your delicious & delectable fortune cookies are ready. Enjoy it with your guest.
