Ingredients of Dates Bars

  • Dates - 200gm (seedless)
  • Cashew - 40gm
  • Milk - 3tbsp
  • Biscuit crust - 50gm
  • Walnut - 40gm
  • Coconut shreds - 40gm
  • Salt - 1/2tsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1tsp
  • White chocolate (melted) - 20gm

Steps for Dates Bars

  • Take a mixing jar. Add seedless dates, cashews, and milk. Grind it.
  • Empty the mixture in a separate bowl. Add biscuit crust, walnut, coconut shreds, salt, and vanilla essence. Mix well.
  • Take a container, place butter paper or parchment paper, add the mixture. Press firmly, remove air and make an even layer. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Pull the paper ends and take out the cake. cut the cake into fine bars. Drizzle the bars with melted white chocolate. Enjoy.
