Crispy Potato Fingers – Potato Fingers Recipe

Ingredients of Crispy Potato Fingers

  • Potato - 4 PC (Big)
  • Semolina - 1/2 Cup
  • Water - 1/2 Cup
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Green Chili Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (Chopped)
  • Edible Oil - 1 Cup (For Frying)
  • Corn Flour - 2 tbsp

Steps for Crispy Potato Fingers

  • Boil the potatoes, mash it and keep it aside. Pour Suji in a small container and soak it for 5-10 minutes.
  • Take a bowl. Add Potatoes, Suji, green chili paste, Salt, Black Pepper Powder and chopped coriander leaves to it. Mix it well so that it makes a perfect dough.
  • Apply some oil on your palms so that the dough doesn't stick on your hands and it makes perfect fingers. Take small portions of the dough and make thin fingers.
  • Take corn flour in a dish and slightly cover the potato fingers with it to make it crispy. Take oil in a pan and heat it. Let the oil get hot and then deep fry the fingers.
  • Your healthy, belly-filing Crispy Potato Fingers are ready to serve. It tastes lovely with mayo. Can serve with Tomato Ketchup also.
