Ingredients of Cold Pani Puri

  • Puri - Bought from Store
  • Potatoes - 500 gm (Boiled and mashed)
  • Red Chana - 250 gm (Boiled)
  • Coriander - 1/2 Cup (Chopped) (for garnishing)
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Black Salt - as per taste
  • Jeera Powder - 1 tsp (Roasted)
  • Mint Leaves Paste - 1/2 Cup
  • Coriander Leaves Paste - 1 Cup
  • Green Chili Paste - 1 tsp
  • Water - As Needed
  • Tamarind Paste - 1/2 Cup

Steps for Cold Pani Puri

  • To make Pani, take a big utensil and add water, tamarind paste, green chili paste, mint paste, coriander paste, jeera powder, salt, and black salt.
  • Saute it for 10 minutes on medium flame. After sauteing, put Pani in the fridge for cold.
  • Meanwhile, make a potato mixture. In a bowl add potatoes, red chana, coriander, salt, black salt, and jeera powder. Mix it well.
  • Now assemble Pani Puri. Take some puri and crack them from the top. Fill the potato mixture in it. Pour the Pani in each puri. Enjoy cold Pani puri.
