1 Pcs Monginis Dessert Cake
1 Cup Whipped Cream
1/2 Cup Sugar Syrup
100 gm Cake Fondant Red
Mixed Fruit Jam - 2 tbsp
Steps for Choco Vanilla Gift Cake
Monginis Dessert Cake is available in both Vanilla and Chocolate Flavour. Take any one of your choices. Cut them into two halves.
Sprinkle Sugar syrup over both the pieces of cake base to make is soft and bit sweeter as required.
Put the lower half of the cake on the cake plate. Spread the whipped cream and Jam on the layer. The cake plates are available at any cake shop.
Now put the upper layer on top and cover the whole cake with Whipped Cream. Level it with an icing knife.
Make a bow with the fondant and place it in the center. Make one big heart with red fondant and put it on a bamboo skewer. Poke it above the bow in the center.
Make another 5 small hearts with red fondant and garnish as shown in the picture.
