Ingredients of Chapati Ribbon Noodles Recipe

  • Leftover Chapati - 1 cup (sliced)
  • Onion - 1 (medium-sized) (sliced)
  • Vegetable Sliced - 1/4 cup (carrot, cabbage, capsicum)
  • Green Chili - 2
  • Tomato Sauce - 1/4 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce - 1/4 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tbsp
  • Curry & Coriander Leaves
  • Salt - as needed

Steps for Chapati Ribbon Noodles Recipe

  • Heat oil with a medium flame once hot adds green chili, curry leaves, and sliced onion.
  • Saute it well and allow to cook until it gets a transparent look.
  • Add sliced carrots, cabbage and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add tomato, soy sauce and required salt then allow to cook 2-3 seconds.
  • Add sliced chapati and pepper powder then mix it well. allow to cook 1-2 minutes with a low flame.finally garnish with coriander leaves. That's it your yummy simple and easy chapati ribbon noodles is ready to serve.
