Generally, whenever we want to add any vegetables to Maggi, we then saute the chopped vegetables in oil and add the noodles to it.

But here we are, making it in a completely different way. We are going to present it in a form similar to a taco.

The boiled potato will be the base, and the cooked Maggi will be packed in it. The shallow frying of it will make it crispy and will make it slightly flaky in texture.

It is ready in minimal time and without much fuss. The ingredients are also readily available. Besides, it being a filling recipe will make it perfect for breakfast. So, not only will you have interesting food at breakfast, but you will also have enough energy for a significant part of your day.

Ingredients of Aloo Maggi

  • Potato - 2 pcs (Medium Size) (Boiled)
  • All-Purpose Flour - 50 gm
  • Semolina - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander - 1 tbsp (Chopped)
  • Black Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil - 1.5 tbsp (To Knead Dough)
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Maggi Masala - 1 sachet
  • Maggi - 1 pkt
  • Tomato Sauce - 1.5 tbsp
  • All-Purpose Flour - As Required
  • Cooking Oil - 100 ml (To Shallow Fry)
  • Tomato Sauce - As Per Taste

Steps for Aloo Maggi

  • In a bowl, grate the boiled potatoes. Add all-purpose flour, semolina, chopped coriander, black pepper powder, salt, and sesame seeds. Mix everything correctly and make a dough.
  • After the contents are correctly mixed, add some oil to it. Roll the mixture for the oil to coat it. Keep it aside.
  • Heat a pan and add water and Maggi masala to it. Then put the noodles cake and ketchup in it. Let it cook and keep it aside.
  • Dust some flour over the rolling board. Take a portion of the dough and roll it with a rolling pin in a flatbread (roti).
  • Put a portion of the cooked noodles on the side and fold it in half, as shown. Then pack the roti from the corners.
  • Heat oil in another pan. Put the roti in it and shallow fry it from both sides till it turns golden brown.
  • Also, Maggi is ready. Serve it with ketchup.
