Ingredients of Ajwain Leaves Pakora

  • Gram Flour - 250 gm
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander-Cumin Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Amchur Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Water - As Required (Add Gradually)
  • Carom Leaves - 8-10 pcs (Medium Size)

Steps for Ajwain Leaves Pakora

  • Take a bowl. Add besan, red chilli powder, coriander-cumin powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, amchur powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste, and tomato ketchup. Add water gradually and mix to make a batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Dip the ajwain leaves in the batter.
  • Deep fry them in the oil until it turns golden brown.
  • Carom leaves pakora are ready. Enjoy it with sauce.
