Ingredients of South Indian Curd Rice

  • Rice - 2 cups (Cooked)
  • Curd - 2 cups
  • Edible Oil - 1 tsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Urad Dal - 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaves - 6 pc
  • Green Chili - 2 pc
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Asafoetida - A pinch
  • Dry Red Chili - 1 pc

Steps for South Indian Curd Rice

  • Combine the rice and curd together in a bowl.
  • Take a pan put oil in it and then add mustard seeds, urad dal, hing, dry red chili, green chili, and curry leaves and saute it.
  • Now add this mixture to the curd rice prepared.
  • Mix it well and then add salt to it. Your delectable South Indian Curd Rice is ready to serve.
