Ingredients of Potato Chickpea Salad

  • Potato - 2 cups (Boiled)
  • Chickpeas - 2 cups (Boiled)
  • Bell peppers - 1 cup
  • Coriander - 1 cup
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Greek yogurt - 3 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili flakes - 1/2 tbsp

Steps for Potato Chickpea Salad

  • Take a bowl. Add boiled potato cubes, boiled chickpea, bell peppers, and coriander.For dressing now add olive oil, greek yogurt, mayonnaise, salt to taste, black pepper, powdered sugar, red Chili flakes.
  • Mix everything well in the bowl.
