Ingredients of Onion Fritters

  • Gram Flour - 250 gm
  • Corn flour - 50 gm
  • Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Onion - 1 pcs (Chopped)
  • Green Chili - 1 tbsp (Chopped)
  • Oil - for deep frying

Steps for Onion Fritters

  • Take a bowl. Add besan flour, corn flour, salt, chaat masala, chopped onion, chopped green Chili & red Chili powder. Add water and mix it well. Make a thick batter. Once ready, keep it aside.
  • Heat the oil in the pan. Put small dumlings into the hot oil. Deep fry onion fritters for about 5 minutes.
  • Crispy & crunchy Onion fritters are ready. Serve it with tomato sauce or any chutney & enjoy it during the rainy season.
