Egg In A Hole – Easy Breakfast Recipe

Sunday mornings with a lovely egg in a hole with a small toast of bread gives just an amazing feeling. The semi-cooked yolk running down the bread catches your eye.

Combine it with a giant glass of fresh watermelon juice or orange juice to make it a perfect English breakfast. Another egg recipe that can be included in your breakfast list.

My kids are lovers of running yolk. Their favorite breakfast is the half fry with running yolk and if by chance it gets cooked they don’t love to eat. They just love egg in a hole.

I also love English breakfast. My combination of English breakfast includes an egg in a hole, a small cup of coffee, watermelon juice and some extra toasts.
