Ingredients of Cocoa Dip Protein Bars

  • Milk - 50 ml
  • Cocoa Powder - 50 gm
  • Coconut Oil (edible) - 1 tbsp
  • Honey - 2 tbsp
  • Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Rolled Oats - 100 gm
  • Black Raisins - 10-15 pcs

Steps for Cocoa Dip Protein Bars

  • Take a deep vessel. Add milk and heat it.
  • Now add cocoa powder and edible coconut oil. Mix well and make thick.
  • Add water to the deep vessel and place a heatproof bowl on it.
  • Melt peanut butter using honey in the bowl. That is a double boiler.
  • Now mix vanilla essence in the melted peanut butter and keep it aside. Meanwhile, roast the rolled oats in a flat pan for 5 mins.
  • After roasting the oats add them to the peanut butter bowl and mix them with black raisins.
  • Take a glass container, put a butter paper or parchment paper at the bottom.
  • Layer the oats mix evenly in the container. Press firmly & remove air.
  • Chill for 30 minutes. Take out and cut into bars.
  • Dip the bars into the cocoa mix and place them on a tray.
  • Drizzle the cocoa mix on the bar. Eat and enjoy it.
