Chicken Corn Cutlet Recipe – Chicken Corn Patties

Ingredients of Chicken Corn Cutlet

  • Chicken - 200 gm (Boneless)
  • Sweet Corn - 2 Cup (Boiled)
  • All-Purpose Flour - 5 tbsp
  • Milk - 2 Cups
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Green Chili Paste - 1 tsp
  • Green Chili Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Cheese Cubes - 2 Cubes
  • Edible Oil - For Frying
  • Bread - 5 Slices
  • Vermicelli - 1 Packet (100gm)

Steps for Chicken Corn Cutlet

  • Boil sweet corn and crush half of the sweet corn thickly. Heat butter in a pan and add maida (all purpose flour) to it. Keep stirring continuously until golden. Add milk to it mix it well. Cook until it becomes thick white sauce. Add salt and black pepper powder to it. Mix it well and let it cool for sometime.
  • Boil chicken with ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, green chili sauce, and salt. Dry all the water and shred the chicken.
  • Mix crushed sweet corn, white sauce, and shredded chicken all together. Crush Bread slices and add to it. Add salt and black pepper as much required. Grate cheese cubes in it an make desired size and shape cutlets/patties. Make a thin batter of maida with water, dip the cutlet into it and coat the cutlets with vermicelli.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets. Your healthy, yummy and scrumptious Chicken Corn Cutlets are ready. Serve them with mayo and ketchup for better taste.
