Chicken Club Sandwich – Club Sandwich Recipe

Appetising Chicken Club Sandwich is an American sandwich recipe with an Indian taste. Indians love the food bit spicy. Basically, the club sandwich or clubhouse sandwich originated in New York in 1894.

Ingredients of Chicken Club sandwich consist of high contents of Mayo. Thus, it is mostly loved by children. Chicken Club Sandwiches is a good choice for an evening snack. Good for parties too.

Ingredients of Chicken Club Sandwich

  • Chicken Boneless - 500 gm
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise - 1 Cup
  • Potatoes - 4 pcs medium-sized, Boiled
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp or to taste
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup (Chopped)
  • Capsicum - 1/2 cup (Chopped)
  • Shan Chat Masala - 1/2 tbsp
  • Green Chili Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Bread - 10 Slices

Steps for Chicken Club Sandwich

  • Mix the ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, and salt. Take water in a small pan and boil the chicken until perfectly boiled. Now shred the chicken and keep it aside.
  • Boil the potatoes in another container and sash them with a masher.
  • Add Green Chili paste, salt, black pepper powder to the mashed potatoes and ix it well.
  • Take the shredded chicken and add mayonnaise, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum and black pepper powder to it. Mix it well.
  • Take the sandwich bread and cut the borders of all slices. It is optional. I like it soft and so I remove it.
  • Apply green chili sauce and add mashed potato mixture onto one slice. Take another slice and apply the shredded chicken-mayo mixture on it. You can add cheese to it if you like.
  • Grill the sandwiches in a sandwich griller for 5-7 minutes. Your appetizing Chicken Club Sandwich is ready.
  • Serve it with Mayo and Tomato Ketchup and enchant your mood.
