Ingredients of Anjeer-Gulkand Delight

  • For Rabdi
  • Milk - 250 ml
  • Condensed Milk - 2 tsp
  • Mawa - 2 tsp
  • Dry Fruit - 2 tsp (chopped)
  • Elachi Powder - 1 tsp
  • Kesar - a pinch
  • For stuffing
  • Anjeer - 10 nos chopped
  • Mawa - 100 gm
  • Dry fruit - 2 tsp (chopped)
  • Gulkand - 2 tsp
  • For Dough
  • All-Purpose Flour - 50 gm
  • Ghee - 2 tsp
  • Corn Flour - 1 tsp
  • Milk - for preparing dough as required
  • Garnish
  • Dry Fruits - 1 tsp (Chopped)
  • Rose Petals - as needed

Steps for Anjeer-Gulkand Delight

  • method for rabdi
  • Heat 250 ml milk in the pan.when it starts boiling add condensed milk to it.now simmer .the milk for 2 to 3 minutes. then add Mava to it and mix it. When the milk becomes till thick add dry fruits to it and Kesar and Elachi powder & mix well. Rabdi is ready .now cool it.
  • method for dough
  • In bowl take maida add ghee to it and mix it then add cornflour and milk to it and prepare a soft dough from it now keep aside this dough for 20 minutes.
  • method for stuffing
  • In the Pan add Mava and stir it for a minute, then add chopped Anjeer and cook for one minute. then add dry fruits to it and cook for 2 minutes now your stuffing is ready and when it is cool down then add Gulkand to it and mix it
  • Now from the dough roll out small puris and add Anjeer stuffing to it and make small Tikkis from it in deep fry in ghee till it is pink in color.

  • Take a small bowl and put Tikki in it and fill it with Rabdi and on top put some dry fruits and rose petals and silver work. It is ready to serve.
