Pineapple lassi

– Curd - 1 & 1/2 cup – Sugar - 2 tbsp – Milk - 1/3 cup – Pineapple - 4 slices

Step 1

Add curd to the mixer jar. Plain yoghurt or greek yoghurt can be used.

Step 2

Now add sugar to it. You can adjust the measurements as you require.

Step 3

After that, add milk to it to adjust the consistency.

Step 4

Lastly, add pineapple to the jar and blend everything.

Pineapple lassi is ready.
