– Oil - as required – Puffed rice - 2 cups – Oil - 1 tbsp – Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp – Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp – Peanuts - 1/3 cup – Rock Salt - 1/4 tsp – Salt - 1 tsp – Onion - 1 pc – Tomato - 1 pc – Carrot - 1/2 pc – Raw Mango - 1/4 cup – Green Chilli - 1 tsp – Coriander - 1/4 cup – Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp – Sev - as per taste

– Preparation Time: 10 min – Cook Time: 5 min – Ready Time: 15 min

Take oil according to the number of people or amount of dishes you are preparing.

Step 1

Then pour 2 cups of puffed rice and mix it well.

Step 2

Now in a separate bowl, take one tablespoon of oil.

Step 3

Add one tablespoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder.

Step 4

Then add 1/4 tablespoon of turmeric powder to the bowl.

Step 5

Proceed with adding 1/3 cup of roasted peanuts.

Step 6

Then add 1/4 tablespoon of rock salt and one tablespoon of salt.

Step 7

Mix the ingredients well, and then add puffed rice to it.

Step 8

Proceed with adding one piece of onion (chopped).

Step 9

Then add one piece of tomato (chopped).

Step 10

Now add 1/2 piece of chopped carrot.

Step 11

Add 1/4 cup chopped raw (unripe) mango.

Step 12

Add one tablespoon of green chilli.

Step 13

Add 1/4 cup of chopped coriander.

Step 14

Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.

Step 15

Now add sev as per your taste and mix well.
