Take oil according to the number of people or amount of dishes you are preparing.
Then pour 2 cups of puffed rice and mix it well.
Now in a separate bowl, take one tablespoon of oil.
Add one tablespoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
Then add 1/4 tablespoon of turmeric powder to the bowl.
Proceed with adding 1/3 cup of roasted peanuts.
Then add 1/4 tablespoon of rock salt and one tablespoon of salt.
Mix the ingredients well, and then add puffed rice to it.
Proceed with adding one piece of onion (chopped).
Then add one piece of tomato (chopped).
Now add 1/2 piece of chopped carrot.
Add 1/4 cup chopped raw (unripe) mango.
Add one tablespoon of green chilli.
Add 1/4 cup of chopped coriander.
Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
Now add sev as per your taste and mix well.
