Dahi Garlic Chutney
Dahi Garlic Chutney is a condiment to various dishes.
– Dry Red Chili - 10-12 pcs
– Warm Water - 1 glass
– Cooking Oil - 50 ml
– Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
– Coriander - 1 tbsp
– Fennel Seeds - 1 tbsp
– Black Pepper - 5-6 pcs
– Ginger - 1 pcs
– Garlic - 150 gm
– Water - 1/2 glass
– Cooking Oil - 60-70 ml
– Black Mustard - 1 tsp
– Garlic - 8-10 pcs
– Curry Leaves - 8-10 pcs
– Salt - 1tsp
– Curd - 70-80 gm
Ingredients
Take a clean bowl, add hot water & dry red chillies. Keep aside & allow it to soak. Meanwhile, make the tadka.
Step - I
Take a pan, add cooking oil, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper & ginger. Saute till cumin changes colour.
Step - II
Now add garlic & mix.
Step - III
Thereafter add soaked red chillies to the pan & mix well. Saute till garlic changes colour.
Step - IV
Add the sauteed mixture to the mixi jar. Pour water & grind it to a thick paste.
Step - V
Now take another pan, add cooking oil, black mustard, garlic (slit vertically) & curry leaves. Saute till garlic changes colour.
Step - VI
Empty the mixi jar mixture into the pan. Mix thoroughly. Add water & combine everything.
Step - VII
Now add salt & curd. Mix well. Cook 10-12 mins or till it is a thick paste.
Step - VIII
Your spicy dahi lehsun chutney is ready.
