– Gram Flour 70 gm – Corn Flourr 70 gm – Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp – Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp – Salt 1 tbsp – Coriander-Cumin Powder 1 tbsp – Garam Masala 1 tbsp – Amchur Powder 1 tbsp – Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tbsp – Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp – Water As Required – Bread 4-5 pcs (Regular Bread) – Cooking Oil 50 ml – Cumin Seeds 1 tsp – Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tbsp – Green Chili  2-3 pcs (Whole) – Curry Leaves 8-10 pcs – Tomato Sauce 3-4 tbsp – Water As Required

Mix chickpea flour, cornflour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander-cumin powder, garam masala, amchur powder, ginger-garlic paste, tomato sauce, water



Take regular bread slices and remove the core. Cut them in square shapes as shown.


Take a vessel and heat oil in it for deep-frying. Dip the bread slices in the batter and deep-fry them. Keep them aside.

Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, slit green chilies, and curry leaves. Temper it for a few minutes.



Then add tomato sauce and stir it. After that add water and stir once more. Lastly, put the fried slices in the pan and saute it.
