– Curd -1 & 1/2 cup – Sugar - 3 tbsp – Milk - 1/3 cup – Banana - 2 pcs

Prep time 5 min Ready time 5 min

Add curd or yoghurt to the mixer jar.  It should not be of watery consistency.

Step: 1/4

Now add sugar to it. This is adjustable in amount.

Step 2/4

Then add milk to the jar. Regular milk will be okay to use.

Step: 3/4

Lastly, add banana to the mixer jar and blend everything.

Step: 4/4

Banana Lassi is ready.
