Dry fruits and ice cream will make your shahi lassi more refreshing than the regular Lassi

Curd [दही] - 1 cup Sugar [चीनी] - 2 tbsp Ice Cream - 4-5 scoops (or as required) Dry Fruits - for garnish Saffron [केसर] - for garnish
Cook Time: 5 Min
Curd. Begin by pouring 1 cup of curd into a mixer.
Sugar. Then add 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Proceed with adding 4-5 scoops of ice cream.
Mix the ingredients well in the grinder. And top the lassi with dry fruits.
