Coconut Lassi, the fusion of south India with Punjab.

– Curd [दही] - 1 cup – Sugar [चीनी] - 2-3 tbsp – Coconut Malai - 1/2 cup – Coconut Water - 1/3 cup
Cook Time: 5 Min
Begin with taking 1 cup of curd in Mixer.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar to the curd.
Proceed with adding half a cup of coconut malai.
And then add 1/3 cup of coconut water. Coconut water is for flavour only. If you wish, then you can skip this step. Now mix these ingredients in the grinder well.
Serve it in a glass and top it with dry fruits of your choice (optional). And, Voilà! Your coconut lassi is ready to go. Serve fresh, and enjoy!
