Maggi Manchurian is a fantastic fusion of 2-minute Maggi & Chinese style tempering. Behold, the recipe is lengthy & so is the item list. 

– Water - 1.5 glass – Butter - 1 tbsp – Maggi Masala - 2 sachet – Maggi - 1 packet – Onion - 1 pcs  – Carrot - 1 pcs  – Cabbage - 1/2 pcs  – Capsicum - 1 pcs  – Spring Onion - 1 pcs – Ginger - 2-3 pcs  – Garlic - 1 pcs – Salt - 1 tbsp – Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp – Corn Flour - 2-3 tbsp

– Maggi - To Coat – Cooking Oil - To Deep Fry – Cooking Oil - 50 ml – Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp – Green Chili - 2 pcs – Capsicum - 1/4 pcs – Onion - 1/2 pcs – Salt - 1/2 tsp – Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp – Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp – Vinegar - 2 tbsp – Corn Flour - 2 tbsp – Water - As Required – Spring Onion - As Per Taste

Step - 1

Heat water in a vessel. Drop butter and Maggi masala in it. Stir.

Break 2 cakes of Maggi into it and cook until the water evaporates. Keep aside to cool it down.

Now transfer it into a big bowl. Add carrots, onion, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion, ginger, salt, tomato sauce, and cornflour to it. Mix it thoroughly.

Roll the mixture into dumplings. Break one cake of Maggi into crumbs and coat the dumplings with them.

Heat oil in a deep vessel. Deep fry the dumplings until they turn golden brown.

Heat oil in another non-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic and chilies to it. Stir them.

Then add capsicum and onion. Also, add salt and stir them.

After that add tomato sauce, soya sauce, and vinegar to it. Mix it.

Take some cornflour and add water to it. Drop it into the pan and stir again.

Finally, place the fried dumplings into the pan and stir one last time.
