Cheese Schezwan Maggi

Cheese Schezwan Maggi is a modification of our very own Maggi noodles. With more cheesiness and flavours.

– Water - As needed – Onion - 1 pcs (small, chopped) – Capsicum - 1/2 pcs (small, chopped) – Maggi - 1 pack – Maggi Masala - 1 sachet – Salt - 1/2 tsp – Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp – Red Chili Flakes - 1/2 tsp – Red Chili Sauce - 1 tsp – Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp – Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp – Cheese - As per taste – Water - As needed

Ingredients of Cheese Schezwan Maggi

Step - 1

Heat water in a pan. Add capsicum, onion, Maggi noodles, Maggi Masala, salt, red chili powder, red chili flakes, red chili sauce, tomato sauce, and soya sauce. Stir once and cover it with a lid. Cook until the noodles turn soft.

Step - 2

Grate cheese as per taste afterward. Mix it well with the noodles.

Step - 3

Add water as needed and cover it with the lid again. Cook until the cheese melts.

Cheese Schezwan Maggi is ready.
