Cheddar Cheese Sauce

This Cheddar Cheese sauce is the cheesy version of the French Bechamel sauce. 

– Butter - 50 gms – Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp – Salt - 1/2 tsp – Black Pepper - 1 tsp – All-Purpose Flour - 4-5 tbsp – Milk - 1 glass – Cheddar Cheese - 1 cup
