Cream Sauce for Pasta

The cream sauce is the most versatile and easily experimental sauces. The rich taste and texture of the sauce make your everyday dishes something exotic.

– Butter - 70 gms – All-Purpose Flour - 1 tbsp – Milk - 500ml – Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp – Red Chili Flakes - 1 tsp – Nutmeg Powder - 1 tsp


Step - 1

Melt butter in a pan. Add cloves, bay leaf, black pepper powder, and salt. Saute until aromatic.

Step - 2

Then add all-purpose flour to it. Roast the flour till bubbles are created.

Step - 3

After that add milk and stir it for a bit.

Step - 4

Now add cinnamon powder to it. Stir and cook for a minute.

Step - 5

Add heavy cream to it. It should be at room temperature and not chilled. Stir it properly.
