– Oreo Biscuits - 10-15 pcs – Whip Cream - 250 ml – Sugar (Powdered) - 70 gm – Chocolate Syrup - As required – Multi-color Confetti
Grind the oreo cookies in a mixer. Keep aside.
Drop whip cream in a bowl. Whip the cream until you get soft peaks
Add powdered sugar and whisk again until it is fluffy in texture.
Add half of the ground oreo cookies and mix them properly.
Take a container & place the mix. Decorate it with the Oreo cookies.
Pack the container with plastic and refrigerate it overnight.
Oreo ice cream is ready. Scoop it up with some chocolate syrup and sprinkled edible confetti.
