– Puffed rice - 2 cups – Coriander Powder - 1 tsp – Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp – Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp – Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp – Amchur Powder - 1 tsp – Rock Salt - 1 tsp – Salt - 1/2 tsp – Roasted Peanuts - 1/4 cup – Onion - 1 pc – Cucumber - 1/2 pc – Tomato - 1 pc – Boiled Potato - 1 pc – Green Chilli - 1 tbsp – Ginger - 1 tsp – Oil - 1 tsp – Lemon Juice - 1 tsp – Sev - as required – Coriander - as required

Prep time 10 min Cook time 5 min Ready time 15 min

Begin with 2 cups of rice and pour them into the pan.

Step 1

Add one tablespoon of coriander powder.

Step 2

Then add one tablespoon of black pepper powder.

Step 3

Add 1/2 tablespoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder.

Step 4

Then add 1/4 tablespoon garam masala.

Step 5

Then proceed with one tablespoon of amchur powder.

Step 6

Add 1 tablespoon of rock salt & 1/2 tablespoon of salt.

Step 7

Now add 1/4 cup of roasted peanuts.

Step 8

Then add one small chopped onion.

Step 9

Add 1/2 cucumber (Small and chopped).

Step 10

Add one piece of tomato, again small chopped.

Step 11

Now add one boiled and chopped potato.

Step 12

To make it spicy, add one tablespoon of green chilli.

Step 13

After chilli, it is time to add 1 Tablespoon of ginger.

Step 14

Add 1 tablespoon of oil and lemon juice and start mixing the ingredients.

Step 15

The dish is ready, top it with sev & coriander.
