– Coriander - 1 cup – Ginger - 1 pc – Green Chili - 2 pcs – Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp – Salt - 1/2 tsp – Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp – Water - 3-4 tbsp

Ready in 5 min

Add coriander to the mixer jar. Chopping it beforehand will make it easier to blend.

Add ginger to it. Garlic is also used sometimes, but that is a different variation.

Now add green chillies. This is adjustable to your taste.

Add chaat masala and salt as well, along with lemon juice.

Lastly, add some water & blend.
