Dahi puri combines sweet, sour, tangy, and spicy tastes.

Begin with a big dish and take puris as per requirement. I am taking 18-20. You can change the mount as per your need.

Step - 1

Add boiled and mashed potato inside of each puri. Add just as needed or less than needed if possible since we will add other ingredients too.

Step - 2

Then add puri churma to each puri. This step is optional, and you can skip it if you want.

Step - 3

Add 8-10 tablespoons of green chutney in puris. You can add more if you wish to make it spicier.

Step - 4

Proceed with red chutney after that. 3-4 tablespoons should be fine.

Step - 5

After that, add sweet chutney. Here I am taking 4-5 tablespoons, but you can take it as per your taste. Just make sure not to overdo it.

Step - 6

Then add some medium chopped onion to each puri.

Step - 7

Now time for the main ingredient. Add curd as needed in the puri.

Step - 8

Top it with one tablespoon of red chilli powder. It will give dahi puri red colour.

Step - 9

Proceed with one tablespoon of coriander powder.

Step - 10

In the end, top it with coriander and sev as per your taste.

Step - 10

Now Your Dahi Puri is ready! Enjoy it with everyone.
