– Butter - 70 gms– All-Purpose Flour - 1 tbsp– Milk - 500ml– Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp– Red Chili Flakes - 1 tsp– Nutmeg Powder - 1 tsp

Melt butter in a pan. Add cloves, bay leaf, black pepper powder, and salt. Saute until aromatic.

Then add all-purpose flour to it. Roast the flour till bubbles are created.

After that add milk and stir it for a bit.

Now add cinnamon powder to it. Stir and cook for a minute.

Add heavy cream to it. It should be at room temperature and not chilled. Stir it properly.
