Ingredients
– Ghee - 1 cup or 250 gms – Edible Gum - 1&1/2 tbsp – Garden Cress Seeds - 1&1/2 tbsp – Millet Flour - 2 cups or 250 gms – Ghee - 2 tbsp or as needed – Ghee - 1 tbsp (for jaggery) – Jaggery - 250 gms – Cashews - 1&1/2 tbsp – Almonds - 1 tbsp – Walnuts - 1 tbsp – Pistachio - 1 tbsp – Desiccated Coconut- 2-3 tbsp – Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp

Add ghee to a kadhai & allow it to heat properly.
Then add edible gum (goond) & fry until it pops up. After frying remove it from the pan. Crush the fried gum after it cools down.

In the same pan add millet flour & garden cress seeds (Halim seeds). Keep flame high & mix. Saute the mixture till fragrant.

Add ghee gradually & stir continuously till millet flour changes color. Keep aside to use later.

Take a new pan. Add 1 tsp ghee & jaggery. Melt until it becomes a fine slurry.

Now take a large mixing bowl. Add roasted millet flour, fried gum, dry fruits, desiccated coconut, cardamom powder & melted jaggery. Mix.

Give the shape of a ladoo to the mixture.
